DialPop (the “App”) is operated by The 1 Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy describes information handling for the DialPop Android app, Wear OS companion, and related watch-face marketplace services.
1. Our services
DialPop provides AI-assisted Wear OS watch-face creation, marketplace browsing, transfer of installation packages between a phone and a watch, and local management of creations.
2. Information we process
AI creation content
When you use AI creation, we may process your prompt, necessary creative context, generated layouts and images, and quality-review results to fulfill the request and show the result. Firebase AI Logic and Google Vertex AI plan and review candidates; our protected Firebase backend calls the Black Forest Labs FLUX API to generate and, when needed, repair static artwork.
Device connections and installation
To discover a connected Wear OS device and transfer a watch-face package, the App may process a node ID, device name, connection status, capabilities, installation progress, and result locally and between the phone and watch. We do not use this feature to read unrelated contacts, messages, calls, or health data.
Marketplace content and network logs
When you browse the catalog or download a watch face, content-delivery services may process IP address, User-Agent, request time, URL, response status, and traffic logs for delivery, caching, troubleshooting, and security.
Local data
Prompts, names, descriptions, visual parameters, previews, and necessary caches are primarily stored in Android app-specific storage. You can delete creations and caches in the App or through Android settings.
3. Third-party services
We may use Firebase Authentication, Firebase AI Logic, Google Vertex AI, the Black Forest Labs FLUX API, Google Play services / Wear OS Data Layer, and CDN or cloud-storage providers such as Amazon CloudFront. Those providers process relevant information under their own terms and privacy policies.
4. Retention, security, and your rights
We apply data minimization and use HTTPS/TLS, app-integrity protections, and download verification. You can delete local creations and caches. For other privacy requests, email support@the1studio.app with the subject “Personal Information Rights Request.”
